『キューティーハニーF』（キューティーハニーフラッシュ）は、1997年2月15日から1998年1月31日までテレビ朝日系列にて放送されたリメイク版。5年間続いたセーラームーンシリーズの最終作『美少女戦士セーラームーン セーラースターズ』の後番組兼ちゃお創刊20周年記念事業の一環として製作された。 この作品では永井豪は「原著作」である。その上で、実質の原作者・飯坂友佳子が少女漫画に翻案した形で企画当初より参加・漫画化した。コミックスのカバーとカラーイラストは飯坂友佳子描き下ろしセル画となっている。 番組終盤にハニーをサポートする女性科学者・神崎美津子役として初代ハニー役・増山江威子がゲスト出演している。 第1作と比べ、少女向けアニメ的な作品となった。これは原作の漫画版が少年漫画雑誌で連載されていたことに対し、本作の漫画版は少女漫画雑誌『ちゃお』に連載されていたことと、枠として『セーラームーン』の視聴者層にそのまま見続けてもらうために制作されたためである。『キューティーハニー』の原作や第1作のようなギャグ・お色気要素が少なく、原作にはなかった恋愛、近親憎悪、三角関係、結婚、出産などの女性視聴者を意識した要素が加えられた。とはいえ、少年漫画雑誌『別冊コロコロコミック』や男女兼用の学年誌にも漫画版が連載されており、もう一人のハニー「ミスティーハニー」という戦闘的なライバルが登場したりと男性視聴者に対する配慮も見受けられる。本作におけるハニーはアンドロイドではなく、空中元素固定装置の種子から生まれた人工生命体であり、最終回では青児との間に生まれた娘が登場している。
